Clinical Psychology

A Clinical Psychologist provides informal and formalized diagnosis, assessment, and treatment for a myriad of psychological and mental health issues and related impairments. Psychologists often work individually with clients, but can sometime offer therapy in group or couples formats.

I provide comprehensive psychological assessments for school-aged children and adolescents, including assessment of learning disabilities, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Assessments are thorough, evidence-based, and tailored to support clear diagnosis, practical recommendations, and meaningful next steps for home and school.

I also offer individual and couples therapy for adults and adolescents. Specialties include the management of anxiety, stress, and depression, as well as Gottman-based couples therapy focused on strengthening communication, trust, and emotional connection.

In-person sessions are available in Cochrane (346 Railway St. W.) and Downtown Calgary (Beltline), with virtual appointments offered.
